KNOCK DOWN REBUILD IN DOUGLAS ST, ST IVES

Homestead Homes are currently undertaking a knock down rebuild project in Douglas St, St Ives on Sydney’s leafy Upper North Shore.

Like many of our satisfied clients, the property owners built their family home through Homestead Homes 18 months ago, and we are now building their investment property.

Construction of the two storey, five bedroom luxury home commenced in June 2013, and the team are now 18 weeks into the project. The frame is up, the brickwork has been completed and the roof is now being erected. Following this, the house will be gyprocked, rendered and painted.
