OXLEY AVENUE KNOCK DOWN REBUILD

OXLEY AVENUE KNOCK DOWN REBUILD

The knock down rebuild project in Oxley Ave, St Ives, is on schedule for a November completion, with custom home builder, Homestead Homes, erecting frames and windows on the recently poured slab.

Bricklaying will commence in the first week of June, with the first floor being completed following ground floor construction.

The luxury five-bedroom family home is located in a quiet leafy street near local schools, parks and with easy access to Mona Vale Road.

Catering to growing families, the home separates the living and sleeping zones, with five generous bedrooms upstairs, including a luxurious master suite, and the family living areas on the ground floor. A large home office with powder room opens from the entry hall, creating additional guest accommodation.

Family living spaces are generous, with a formal living room at the front of the home.  Informal living and dining areas include an open plan designer Caesarstone kitchen with European appliances and a butler’s pantry. A rumpus room provides a separate living zone for children and teens.

The informal living, dining and rumpus areas open to an expansive rear North-facing alfresco area with full outdoor kitchen, effectively creating an additional outdoor living and entertaining area.

Demolition of the original home preserved the original pool, which will be renovated with new tiles, filtration and pool fence, and integrated with the alfresco area. Costing roughly half the price of a new pool, renovating an existing pool can save you money when rebuilding your home.
