Commissioned to address student study quarters as well as extensive family areas this original old knock down site has been converted to the most impressive home in the street.
The Homestead landscaping team designed an extensive tiered front garden with effective drainage systems to protect the front Sir Walter grassed area. The new owners wanted to add a Mediterranean feel and soften the size of this large home with Juliet balcony and mirrored curved shutters for the upper hall central window case.
