Your design or ours?

Our new home designs can be adapted to suit your family’s needs – lifestyle, block of land, features and fittings, finishes and colours, and your budget. If you prefer, we can build from your architect’s plans. If you’ve just started looking, you may have only a sketch on the back of an envelope or just a concept. We can visit your site and work with you to translate your ideas to plans and drawings, organise all the necessary approvals and construct your family’s dream home. Please visit our display homes to see our design and build quality. You may even get some innovative ideas for your own home.

Will you Knock Down Rebuild?
Will you knock down rebuild your existing home? If so, we can even organise demolition of the existing home. This ensures the site is maintained in the best condition to build, and is one thing less you need to worry about.
Quality Design, Construction and Finishes
When building, we use concrete slabs and insulation to insulate your home in winter and keep it cool in summer, giving your family year-round comfort. These also help the environment and together with five-star gas hot water, reduce the long term running costs of your home. Homestead Homes use quality finishes and fittings, including stone or granite kitchen benchtops, Miele kitchen appliances, quality bathroom fittings and tapware. If you’d like help with finalising your finishes and colour scheme, and adding all the personal touches to your new family home, please ask.

At Homestead Homes, there are no hidden extras. We are open about what’s included in the standard price of our quality homes. Everything is itemised in an easy to understand contract so you don’t have any nasty surprises.
