The Ruby is a luxury, five-bedroom family home complete with multiple living areas, outdoor alfresco living and fully integrated pool. The Ruby prototype in Roma Road, St Ives, attracted great interest during both the construction phase and pre-sale, selling prior to auction in February 2014.
The new Ruby in Kellyville features a sunken entry with a sumptuous guest suite adjoining the home office/ study at the front of the home.
Formal and informal living areas occupy the rear of the home, opening to an expansive alfresco area that overlooks the pool. This creates an additional family living area and allows year-round indoor-outdoor living.
The family’s living and sleeping zones are separate, with the master suite and children’s bedrooms on the first floor.
With the external construction and rendering completed in late 2014, the Ruby is now ready for interior gyprocking, painting and electrical fit-out. Tiling and shower screen installation has been completed in the bathroom, en-suite and powder room. The open-plan designer kitchen’s luxury European luxury appliances have been installed and the pool tiling is underway.
Following installation of the water tank, landscaping will start at the front of the home and the rear alfresco area, ensuring the Ruby is ready for display when the New HomeQuest designer home display village opens.
