The old chestnut “Knock – down – rebuild” verses “renovate” emerged after our new clients acquired this old 60” style brick-n- tile cottage next to a lovely reserve in Penrith Avenue, Pymble. After doing the numbers it was obvious that a rebuild was the only economical way to achieve an end result that compared oranges with oranges.
To get the same outcome from a renovation just did not stack up. Our site preparation team has moved in and already we can see the fantastic opportunity that is emerging from this now “empty canvas” with no compromises in delivering the ultimate home of their dreams.
