KNOCK-DOWN REBUILD A “NO-BRAINER”
They bought the house a decade ago with the intention of renovatingas the family got bigger.
After doing the numbers and seeing what Homestead had done for others with the “knock down rebuild “

it was a “no brainer” to rebuild. This also allowed the optimisation
of the back of house with landscaping, pool, fire pit and entertaining area.
The back area would have been very difficult to get to and could have compromised the opportunity that was presented, if the project was just a renovation.
